Abstract
Digitization is transforming the construction sector. These units explore how digitization impacts the construction sector with specific attention to SMART Homes. These learning materials were produced by lecturers, who participated in the FUTUREquipped project, and are now made available to any learner under the Creative Commons licence. Units available include: Unit 1: Building Information Modelling. Unit 2: Domestic Building Management Systems. Unit 3: Energy efficient housing.
