Abstract
This case study discusses the transformation story of Highland Spring over a period of 20 years. Between 1986 and 2006 Highland Spring increased its turnover by approximately 1,100% and the number of employees by 400% and is now the fastest growing company in the UK in its sector. In achieving this level of growth the company has gone through a number of significant waves of change that have transformed it into one of the biggest brands in the bottled water market in the UK.
