Feature article to celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month which addresses the specific role that Occupational therapy has to play in supporting LGBTQ+ older people. Its focus on activities that enable and promote physical and mental health, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and self-care for people in later life, and the way in which it is maximising opportunities for change, is key to change.
