Abstract
The IQ-Net Network promotes exchange of experience on the management and implementation of Structural Funds programmes among managing authorities and intermediate bodies. The network is managed by the European Policies Research Centre Delft under the direction of Professor John Bachtler and Heidi Vironen. The research for this report was undertaken by EPRC in preparation for the 51st IQ-Net Conference (online) on 29 and 30 November 2021. The report was written by Viktoriya Dozhdeva and Liliana Fonseca. The report is the product of desk research and fieldwork visits during Autumn 2021 to national and regional authorities in EU Member States (notably partners in the IQ-Net Consortium)
