Abstract
The aim of this particular report is to use the wellbeing framework to evaluate Carlton Place in relation to its impact on the wellbeing of people who use the services, as well as those who work and volunteer within the building. The evaluation of Carlton Place will echo some of the findings within the Architect’s design statement and consultation reports. However, the aim for this report is not to produce new findings but to test out the validity of the framework and provide a set of information that can be replicated and used to benchmark results gathered from the new facility.
