Abstract

In response to the call for evidence issued by the European and External Relations Committee of the Scottish Parliament, this submission provides a legal evaluation of the environmental dimension of the EU Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) and the possible implications of 'Brexit' for the sustainable exploitation of Scotland's living marine resources.
