Abstract

This paper analyzes the territorial expansion of the main agricultural commodities in Brazil, from the beginning of this century, highlighting its dynamics and explanatory factors, in different scales, as well as some major environmental and labor implications. The methodology consists of bibliographic reviews, secondary analysis and secondary data survey available in open databases and theme maps elaboration. These results allow us to establish connection between the recent territorialization advancement of commodities and the global movement of capitalist accumulation, in structural capital crisis times, inflating exclusionary dynamics and based on plundering intensification and pressure on natural common assets, natural resources and work.
