Abstract

Within Structural Funds programmes, the operational focus of programme managers remains on ensuring timely absorption of funding and meeting challenging targets for both spending and results, notably in the context of 2019’s performance review. At the same time, the future shape of Cohesion policy continues to be debated at a strategic level. This paper discusses progress in implementation of IQ-Net programmes over the last six months.
