Abstract

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the epistemological and expressive possibilities of cinema from the point of view of poetic reason. The article will use Zambrano’s interpretation of dreams and time in order to examine two key aspects: the capacity of cinema to function as a mirror of submerged reason and, therefore, as a form of knowledge, and its relationship with time, looking at its representation and its passing.
