Abstract
Information and Communication Technology is transforming most other sectors through digitization. These units consider the different aspects of ICT in relation SMART Homes. These learning materials were produced by lecturers, who participated in the FUTUREquipped project, and are now made available to any learner under the Creative Commons licence. Units available include: Unit 1: The Role of the Internet of Everything in a SMART Home. Unit 2: Automated Medicine Alert System in a SMART Home. Unit 3: Ethical considerations for programmers of SMART Home devices. Unit 4: Sensor interfaces and SMART Homes.
