The conflicts over values between professional and managerial occupational groups remain a significant obstacle to high performance for many contemporary organisations. Dialogue between these groups offers a means for resolving these tensions, but can be notoriously difficult to establish. This paper explores the potential of Personal Construct Psychology as a way of creating dialogue.
