Abstract
The long process of deciding whether, and if so on what terms, to leave the European Union was one marked by hyper-litigation. In remarkable volume and with increasing frequency over-time, a wide range of litigants sought (or threatened) recourse to the courts – both in the UK and elsewhere in Europe – in an attempt to influence the process, substance and/or otherwise the politics of Brexit.
