Abstract
This report provides evidence gathered from stakeholder interviews, including with parents, of the practices of the (NGO) Family Support Centres, attached to government-run Baby Homes in Tajikistan. These homes are in the process of being transformed into Family and Child Support Centres, focused on a range of non-residential family support services. It is the 2nd of 3 reports covering a 42-month project period January 2017 - June 2020.
