Abstract
This resource is a fantastic tool for managers of residential services or individual residential practitioners. It's also ideal for local authority outdoor education staff. It promotes the right of young people living in a residential setting, to be allowed to participate in everyday activities like riding a bike, while allowing managers to carry out their duty of care safely and responsibly.
