Cell signal transduction network structure and dynamics of complex uncertain parameters affect the dynamic characteristics of the system output and the parameters of how quantitative changes in the relationship and interactions between parameters, systems biology has become one of the important issues . to TNF-α induced NF-κB signal transduction network as object of study, by Morris method and its global sensitivity analysis technique to study the parameters on the output of the impact of NF-κBn to determine the parameters of the global sensitivity. Simulation results show that the system output NF-κBn for parameter θ28, θ36, θ52, θ61, θ9, θ29, θ19 and θ62 sensitive, so they affect NF = κBn the oscillation characteristics, suggesting that these parameters are NF-κB signal transduction network key rate constant .
