Abstract
This is the second issue of our manifesto analysis publications, supported by the Nuffield Foundation. This is our comprehensive guide to what the eight major parties’ (Conservatives, Labour, SNP, Lib Dems, Reform UK, Green Party of England and Wales, Scottish Greens and Alba) manifestos say about what they propose on the evolution of devolution, Scottish independence and future referenda, and devolved funding.
