Abstract

This is the second of our series of topical General Election briefings – before we turn to the political parties’ manifestos and how they do and don’t address the challenges highlighted here. This time, we’re looking at tax: what’s happening already, whether it’s devolved or reserved, and what to look out for and ignore as a Scottish voter.
