Abstract
The project High-Rate Composites for Electric Vehicles (HRCEV) addressed the need for increasing the rate of composite battery module enclosure manufacturing through implementation and development of the patented 223™ forming technology. The aim of this project was to complete a product definition and feasibility study for a high volume, low weight, composite battery module case product efficiently and at volume.
