Abstract

Arising from their work on Sick Building Syndrome in the mid 90s, Chris Baldry with colleagues at the University of Strathclyde, developed a model for analysing employee ill-health in offices. They have subsequently applied this model to the manifestations of ill-health particularly associated with work in call centres.
