Considers possible implications of the UK's Brexit decision on the rights of workers pursuant to Directive 2001/23 (Acquired Rights Directive) and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006. Comments on factors of key significance in terms of possible outcomes.
