Abstract
Examines Gartmore House v Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Authority (IH) on core path plans and the right to roam under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 Pt 1, and on the need to take into account protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 s.149.
