Abstract

I am delighted to present this Annual Report for the period April 2012 – March 2013. At CELCIS, we are committed to improving the life chances and opportunities for all looked after children and young people in Scotland. We believe in evidencing our performance by showing impact and continually ask ourselves 'What has this done to improve the lives of our looked after children?'
