Abstract
Following stroke, there is potential for pharmacist intervention to improve secondary prevention treatment outcomes. Previous pharmacist complex interventions achieved reduction in blood pressure and lipid levels. This pilot study aimed to explore the feasibility of a definitive trial which would measure the effect of a pharmacist complex intervention in stroke patients in their own homes using a previously designed intervention.
