This article is based on the system of soft-mode error boundary description, we propose a new robust design method, using different parameters corresponding perturbed state probability-weighted performance index as optimize performance indicators, integrated design parameter domains, and Compared to traditional hard boundary method, this study conservatively low, a better balance between robust stability and robust performance of the system, and the system performance within the parameters of the probability to get a good compromise
