Abstract

This article is an editorial, introducing the special issue of the journal and six papers presented, emanating from the 2008 Council for Hospitality Management Education annual research conference. The international conference attracted approximately 120 delegates from 24 countries, had 46 full papers and another 27 'work in progress' papers presented.
