Abstract

The Digital Care Collaborative Scotland (DCCS) Delivery Plan 2026–2027 sets out a coordinated national approach to accelerating digital innovation across social care, social work and housing in Scotland. Hosted by the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI), the DCCS brings together national partners, practitioners, people with lived experience, academia, industry and policymakers to create the conditions required for sustainable, person-led digital transformation. DCCS is built around five priorities: enabling innovation, sharing knowledge, building evidence, developing practical resources, and strengthening workforce capability. During 2026–2027, it will develop a digital care innovation pathway, grow learning networks, generate research insights, and create a central resource hub.
