Abstract
A modular light source system for fluorescence microscopy is developed utilizing interchangeable light-emitting diode (LED) modules, evaluated through neuronal cell fluorescence micros-copy. The design is open source and low cost, reducing reliance on expensive light sources, to improve global accessibility.
