Abstract

This briefing paper distils the learning from the Partnering in Justice collaboration between the Scottish Prison Service and the University of Strathclyde. It draws directly from stakeholder views on what is working well, what could be improved, and what is problematic in prisoner case management. It concludes by distilling the actions participants felt were required in three key areas: stakeholder engagement, case management, and staff development.
