Abstract
This study explored the feasibility and acceptability of a randomised controlled trial (RCT) comparing ultrasound biofeedback to articulation therapy for children with Cleft Palate ± Lip. There was excellent participant retention, outcome measure completion, protocol adherence, and positive family feedback. A larger RCT is possible if recruitment difficulties are addressed.
