Abstract

Our programme supports students from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter, succeed in, and graduate from university engineering degrees, confidently stepping into professional careers alongside their peers. This guide presents the motivation for running the Engineering Scholars programme and describes how you can set up and run a similar programme in your institution. This guide is supplementary to a complementary website with explanatory videos and downloadable resources.
