Abstract
We demonstrate optical wireless data communications using short wavelength UVC LEDs emitting at 235 nm. Micro-pixelation of the LED active area is shown to enhance the modulation bandwidth by a factor of 2. Wireless data rates up to 650 Mbps are shown.
