Abstract
The Collaborative Cultures Programme (May 2024 - May 2026) aims to promote collaborative and inclusive research culture through activities which seek to address two key challenges relevant to the University of Strathclyde’s unique context as a socially progressive institution with a strong focus on cross-sector collaboration: 1. How can we work with partners in industry and the public and third sector to co-produce inclusive research cultures? 2. How do we value and recognise the breadth and depth of everyday contributions which sustain thriving collaborative research cultures? Drawing on experience and practice within our institution as well as across sectors, the programme delivers a series of activities, including internal seed funding calls, qualitative research and pilot interventions.
