Abstract

This report presents an integrated evaluation of EDI practices across the UK energy sector, based on a comprehensive diagnostic survey conducted with professionals engaged in EDI work. The findings provide both a quantitative overview of institutional maturity and a qualitative depth into lived experiences and organisational practices, identifying strengths, challenges, and opportunities for transformative change.
