Abstract

This final report from the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI), Moray Health & Social Care Partnership, and Citizen Communications Ltd details the transformation of weight management services in Moray and Grampian. It combines population health data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and citizen surveys to identify service bottlenecks and unmet needs. The report recommends a citizen-centric, digitally enabled pathway, integrating community resources, personalised guidance, and case-finding algorithms to improve access, engagement, and health outcomes.
