Abstract

This report from the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI) and The Anne Rowling Regenerative Neurology Clinic presents the co-design and prototyping of a digital app to support clinic services for people with MS. Based on workshops and patient interviews, the report details desired features including appointment management, test results delivery, secure messaging, patient forums, and integration with NHS systems. The app aims to enhance communication, personalise information, and empower patients, with recommendations for phased development and integration with the Right Decision Service and NHS data platforms.
