Abstract

This portfolio analysis, conducted by the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI), reviews the Scottish NHS Health Boards’ participation in the UKRI Weight Management Design Accelerator fund. The report maps successful accelerator projects, analyses user needs and service models, and provides recommendations for scalable, person-centred digital weight management pathways. It highlights the importance of collaboration, rapid deployment, and alignment with national digital infrastructure and standards.
