Abstract

The Creating My Care Record project, delivered by DHI and partners and funded by Corra and the STV Appeal, explores the development of digital care records for children and young people in care. The work builds on Scotland’s Independent Care Review and involves collaboration with professionals and care-experienced young people to improve access, personalisation, and advocacy in care records.
