Abstract
Meet The RECCO Crew is an illustrated book series that turns the abstract entrepreneurship concepts of Resilience, Empathy, Collaboration, Creativity, and Optimism into fun cartoon characters. This makes it easier for children to grasp and relate to these important entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurial skills are not just for starting new businesses. They help people to try new things, solve complex problems, and work well with others to create novel solutions. In our current fast-changing world that requires constant innovation and adaptation, entrepreneurial skills are increasingly becoming life skills for all young people. This story illustrates some of the challenges faced by start-ups and organisations that are growing. The RECCO Crew tackles how to expand production and distribution, as well as how to build a team to support growth. The ultimate purpose of this story is to highlight the range of considerations when scaling a business concept to new customers.
