Abstract

An analysis of the UK Supreme Court's transgender decision in For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers in which is examined how the Supreme Court perceives the very nature of transgenderism and trans people. Explores the scope for further legal dispute involving trans people and those who oppose the law recognising changes in legal gender.
