Abstract

This is the first paper produced under the COMMIT project which supports regions in fostering SME ecosystems for the low-carbon industrial transitions through place-based strategies and tailored instruments. This paper provides a first overview of the place-based strategies for supporting SMEs in moving to a low-carbon economy.
