Abstract
ATMOST is a dynamic multi-region, multi-sector computable general equilibrium (CGE) model developed for research based at the University of Strathclyde, Department of Economics and the Fraser of Allander Institute. The model is designed to provide a baseline infrastructure for impact analysis of trade and spatial policy questions for academic research purposes. ATMOST can be calibrated to a rich set of countries, regions and sectors, including regional accounts such as the PBL Euregio dataset (Thissen et al. 2019) and multi-nation national accounts such as the Figaro dataset (Remond-Tiedrez & RuedaCantuche 2019). The aim of this document is to describe the key features of ATMOST, including the micro-foundations of the model and the options available within the model.
