Abstract
Meet The RECCO Crew is an illustrated book series that turns the abstract entrepreneurship concepts of Resilience, Empathy, Collaboration, Creativity and Optimism into fun cartoon characters. This makes it easier for children to grasp and relate to these important entrepreneurship skills. Entrepreneurial skills are not just for starting new businesses. They help people try new things, solve complex problems, and work well with others to create novel solutions. In our current fast-changing world that requires constant innovation and adaptation, entrepreneurial skills are increasingly becoming life skills for all young people. This book is all about Empathy, a core skill to have in entrepreneurship. Why? Because Empathy allows us to understand what others need and want and helps us create solutions that work for them. Also, Empathy helps us understand and work well with people who are different from us.
