Abstract

Women in Refugee Law (WiRL) is a global network of asylum claiming and refugee women, academics, practitioners, policymakers, judges and activists. Our submission draws together recent evidence and knowledge from our members who include women with lived experience of claiming asylum in the UK, and legal practitioners, advocates and researchers who work in this area and support them.
