Abstract

The world has changed - so said the Chancellor of the Exchequer. And indeed, the first quarter of 2025 paints a complex and uncertain picture for the Scottish economy. While some indicators show modest growth, the broader outlook is overshadowed by mounting domestic and global headwinds.
