Abstract

Report presenting the findings and principles of a Workshop programme funded by the Scottish Universities Insight Institute which facilitated knowledge exchange and collaboration between policy practioners, experts and academics on achieving system level transformation through innovation policies. Findings and principles developed through the programme were developed and disseminated to Scottish and European partners to embed in future innovation policy delivery. The programme also developed into a 'toolkit' which can be used by partners to potentially 'test' new policy approaches to innovation support.
