Abstract

Employment analysis: What are the latest developments in the challenge against the new system of employment tribunal fees? Professor Nicole Busby, deputy head of Strathclyde University Law School, analyses the High Court's recent dismissal of Unison's challenge to the new fees system - a decision that delivered the latest, but almost certainly not the last, word on the matter.
