Abstract

Looks at both aesthetics and human resource development. Investigates existing, as well as possible future, connections and relations between the two areas. Considers the connection between human resource development and the creative class. Examines industries in the realms of science, engineering, design, arts, education, and music, discussing the concepts of aesthetic value systems, imagination, and beauty and relating these concepts to the practice of human resources development.
