Abstract

The objectives of this study were to identify the potential and actual pharmaceutical care issues (PCIs) in postnatal hospital inpatients and the contributions made by an experienced clinical pharmacist. To agree on the most appropriate member of the clinical pharmacy team. To address the PCIs related tasks and to propose a model for the clinical pharmacy service provision to postnatal inpatients
