Abstract
Discusses new rules on forced marriages and domestic abuse. Consider three pieces of legislation passed by the Scottish Parliament in 2011 dealing with abusive family relationships, namely the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2011, the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 and the Children's Hearing (Scotland) Act 2011.
