Abstract

This Paper reviews the current literature that addresses the impact of interrelations between a company and the business network within which it is embedded. A conceptual model is then developed that focuses on the strategic development of horizontal and vertical linkages, the purpose of which is to provide a comprehensive approach to network strategy formulation, A case study in the textile industry is then outlined.
